General Rental Requirements
You’ll need a valid driver’s license and a credit or debit card. Proof of Insurance is needed in order to rent golf carts and slingshot. Renters must also meet the minimum age requirement.
Renters must be at least 18 years old for scooters/mopeds and 21 years old for golf carts. The age requirement for renting a slingshot is 25 years old.
No motorcycle license is required for most scooters under 50cc. Please check local regulations if you’re unsure.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental.

Rental Periods
We offer flexible rental options including hourly, half-day, full-day, and multi-day rentals.
Late returns may result in additional charges, so we recommend returning on time or contacting us if you need an extension.
Vehicle Use & Rules
Moped/scooters, golf carts and slingshots can be operated on public roads where permitted. Riding on sidewalks is not allowed. Golf carts can ride onto the beaches with the beach pass permit which is included with most of our golf carts.
Kickstart/E-Scooters cannot be operated on public roads, must ride on sidewalks.
Helmet laws vary, but we strongly encourage all riders to wear one for safety.
Our moped/scooters can only ride one person. Golf carts must not exceed their seating capacity. Kickstart/E-scooter can only ride one person.
Small pets may be allowed on golf carts—please check with us in advance.
Safety & Responsibility
Basic coverage may be included, with additional protection options available.
Renters are responsible for any damage. Please contact us immediately if an issue occurs.

Yes! We offer delivery and pickup services within select areas for an additional fee.
Weather & Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within the following time frame.• 24+ hours notice: Full refund• 12–24 hours notice: Partial refund (50%) or store credit• Less than 12 hours / No-show: No refund
We understand weather happens! Rentals may be rescheduled based on availability.
Reservations
Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability.
